Since our founding in 2006, our free public schools have served Rochester families with an award-winning instructional model that supports students’ academic and personal growth. As one of the few K-12 charter schools in Rochester, our students are immersed in college-prep culture from day one. Our teachers infuse joy into every day, creating an active engaged learning environment and preparing every student to succeed in college and beyond.
Middle School: Your child will begin experiencing more advanced coursework while developing independence and exploring their individual passions.
- Special Content Areas: 100 minutes of ELA, 90 minutes of Math, Science and History, Algebra I & Living Environment Regents Courses (8th grade)
- Competitive Sports: JV 7th/8th Modified Football, 7th/8th Modified Girls’ & Boys’ Basketball
- After-School & Intramural Clubs: STEP, Choir, Brass Ensemble, Art, Agriculture Club, Gundam Club, Student Government, Newspaper, Soccer, Fitness & Book Club
- Field Trips: Altitude, Horizon, Urban Air, Darien Lake, and Seabreeze – to name a few
- End of Year Trips: Overnights to various cities and a college tour
