School mission
Half of the students at The Children’s School are English language learners from other countries who bring a variety of cultural traditions and life experiences which enrich instruction for all students. We also have a unique school governance which includes staff, families, administrators, and community partners working collaboratively in shared decision making. Families are invited to attend our school-wide “Morning Briefings” (assemblies) which celebrate students’ learning and their accomplishments.
